He kind of looks like a cross between an RO minstrel and something escaped from prison. At least, that's what the orange makes me think. I think I'm going to shorten the cut of his coat and slim down the pants for the final design. That thing on his back- it's a relic from the good old days when he used to have dozens and dozens of fish in balloons. Now he only has one left.

I'm still working on that cel-shading. This is a concept art for a short comic project. If all goes well, it'll be done with cel-shaded characters and painted backgrounds. Chinese steampunk backgrounds. It'll be fun for me, at least.
